Our Next Generation of Entrepreneurs
Representative John Lawrence hosted a group of students from Oxford High School who are members of the Future Business Leaders of America. Through the course of the day, the students enjoyed a tour of the capitol and spent time on the House floor while the Legislature was in session. In addition, the students discussed future business opportunities with leaders from the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) during a lunchtime roundtable discussion. The NFIB is the largest organization representing small businesses in the country. The Oxford High FBLA is pictured here on the House floor with their advisor, Kimberly Webber.
